God made man first for a reason, to till the land and subdue the earth (Gen 1:28). God created man in his own image in order to represent God in everything he does (Gen 2:7). Just as the pillars bears the biggest weight in a building, men are the pillars in every facet of the society including the church. As Divine Pillars (Men) Ministry, we believe that men should take up their rightful positions at home, church, community and country at large. God is calling Man back to his rightful position before the fall so that we may worship and commune with Him (Gen 2:15-18).

Men Connecting to Jesus and One Another

The desire we have for the Men’s Ministry is to help every man at JCC - Arizona become the man God has called him to be. We want to take men on a journey of transformation—developing a strong relationship with God, for the pursuit of His Glory, and in constant worship of Him. Through challenging, equipping, and empowering the men of this region to lead, we desire to see healthy marriages, joy-filled homes, and safe neighborhoods.

At JCC - Arizona, Men have remained the Pillars of the Ministry. We are in the fore front in all the church activities which has greatly contributed to the success we have achieved this far. As men we also realized that men undergo difficult and stressful situations to meet own and family needs. That is why we have come up with programs such as prayer watches, breakfast meetings, men seminars and retreats to gel us together and provide a platform for sharing with each other. We also stand with each other during happiness or when facing difficulty life seasons.  

Man Challenge

Every man needs two things: encouragement and accountability. We have developed Man Challenge as an environment where all men are invited to come and get connected with other men. We offer both a teaching time and a small group time at each campus.  Man Challenge is specifically designed to help men grow in their faith TOGETHER.

Finally, with the current sad state where the boy child has been left behind resulting in the high rate of alcoholism and drug abuse among other vices, the Pillar’s Ministry is developing a coaching and mentorship program for boy child in line with our Vision of raising a Godly Generation.

God is calling back to take up our rightful position and this can only be realized if we join together as a fellowship of Men (1st Timothy 2:8).
