The Leadership Council comprises of the Pastor, Church Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, The Elders, The Deacons who are Chairs of different Departments including Men (Pillars), Women (WINGS), Youths (Eagles), Children (Arrows) and Service Ministries Namely Evangelism and Discipleship, Praise and Worship, Hospitality and Compassion Ministry among others.

At JCC Arizona, we believe in servant and accountable leadership which is well exhibited by the Leadership Team. The Leaders serve on voluntary basis and have fully dedicated their Time, Talent and Treasurers in the service of our Mighty God. We are led by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14) to do His will.  The leaders also come from different backgrounds including business leaders, corporate leaders, civil servants which provides a good mix of ideas in our deliberations.

While God and the Bible are the ultimate authority for JCC Arizona, there is a leadership structure to keep the day-to-day operations and ministry of the church moving correctly.

The leadership of JCC Arizona has a few integral parts. JCC Arizona First elder is first and foremost Pastor Samuel Mwangi who leads the church. The elder provide oversight, vision, and guidance to the corporate side of the church and most importantly the spiritual side of the church.

Second, pastors. Senior Pastor Sara Mwangi provides the leadership and everyday decision making for the paid staff, along with the Lead Team. The paid staff is made up of full-time ministry staff, full-time support staff, and part-time ministry and support staff.

At the end of the day, the JCC Arizona leadership hopes that the office work our staff completes reflects God and brings the members and attendees that much closer to the Father.
