Jabbok Community Church (JCC ARIZONA) - The place of total surrender
JCC ARIZONA
The first step toward divine blessings and assignments is a divine encounter. In the Old Testament, when God wanted to use Moses to embark on a mission to rescue the Israelites from oppression in Egypt under the hands of Pharaoh, he had a divine encounter with God through a burning bush. In the New Testament, God appeared to Paul on the road to Damascus before ushering him into a great and productive ministry. Jacob's first step towards having a new name was a moment of total surrender, where he emptied himself and wrestled with God. This is where Jacob's habitual sin was dealt with, he was completely transformed, and he received a new name.
JCC Arizona is a portal for divine encounters. It is a place where men and women, young and old, in brokenness gather, pour out their hearts, and empty themselves to God, allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to them and expose their inadequacies while believing God for a new name. It is a place where God connects his people to their destinies.
Glory and honor to God!

He said, “Your name shall no longer be Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with God and with men, and you prevailed.” Genesis 32:29
We are a community of grace and forgiveness where everyone is allowed, encouraged, and expected to be authentic. This is a safe and practical place to come as you are and grow in your faith, but this is also a place where complacency is challenged.
Every believer within this community is responsible for using his or her spiritual gifts, time, energy, and finances for honoring God through ministry.
We acknowledge the Bible as the revealed truth of God, providing direction for our lives. We desire to communicate its truth in a manner that relates to our culture.
As a community of believers, we seek God's guidance and direction through prayer in all that we do as a church and in all aspects of our daily lives.
We primarily exist for the sake of those who are not yet part of the Body of Christ, intending to mature all believers into fully transformed, committed, and reproducing followers of Christ.
We are a community where children and youth are highly valued; we sacrificially share the responsibility of raising godly children and youth.
